Sniegta palīdzība Valteram apmaksājot neirorehabilitācijas specialista konsultāciju un neirorehabilitācijas programmas izstrādi 1000 eiro apmērā. Šo programmu sadarbībā ar ārvalstu speciālisti īsteno biedrība Dižvanagi. Programma vērsta uz smadzeņu treniņu un vingrinājumiem redzes, dzirdes, taustes, runas spēju attīstīšanu un  kustību koordināciju pēc individuālas neirorehabilitācijas programmas. DIŽVANAGI BIEDRĪBA, līgums 7.5/P/14/98.
