Pateicoties saziedotajiem līdzekļiem, augustā patversmē "Otrā māja" tika aprūpēti un pabaroti 35 suņi un 25 kaķi. Šajā mēnesī patversmē nonāca 3 suņi, bet 3 kaķi un 3 suņi ueguva jaunas mājas. Par saziedotajiem līdzekļiem augustā tika iegādāti materiāli suņu voljēru remontam, kā arī acu tīrīšanas līdzekļi suņiem un kaķiem.
