Apmaksāta medicīniskā rehabilitācija, 9 reitterapijas nodarbības, haloterapija (10 procedūras) un  broma vannas (6 procedūras) Kūrorta rehabilitācijas centrā Jaunķemeri, laika posms 14.01.16.-23.01.16., no SIA Sanare-KRC Jaunķemeri, rēķins Nr. 87.
Kopā: 349.08 eiro.
