The help of others is crucial when misfortune has occurred, and the person cannot solve the problem on their own. Help is needed for families in crisis situations, when parents have lost their job and subsequently income when a person acquires large medical bills due to illness (often those are painful teeth or unsolved health issues). Our help is also needed for families of disabled people, which have critically low incomes from disability pensions. They cannot, for example, afford to replace a broken washing machine. Help is necessary for families that have encountered a sudden misfortune or lost a provider of the family.
